LOCATION
Location details will be sent 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Please ensure all contact information is entered accurately at the time of booking.
LATENESS
A 10-minute grace period is provided. A $15 late fee applies after 10 minutes. Appointments exceeding 20 minutes late may be canceled and the deposit forfeited. Please plan accordingly if you are unfamiliar with the location.
RESCHEDULES & CANCELLATIONS
One reschedule per deposit is permitted with at least 24 hours’ notice. Additional reschedules require a new deposit. Same-day cancellations will result in deposit forfeiture and a $10 cancellation fee. Late cancellations and repeated reschedules are not guaranteed.
Cancellation fees are charged for reserved appointment time. Fees are collected via Square or invoiced through PayPal and must be paid prior to rebooking.
NO-SHOWS
No-call, no-show appointments will forfeit the deposit. A rebooking fee of up to 50% of the service price may be required. Repeated no-shows may result in booking restrictions or a permanent booking ban.
Outstanding no-show fees must be paid in full before any future appointments can be booked.
PAYMENTS
Deposits are required to secure all appointments and are nonrefundable. Cash is preferred. Card payments are accepted with a $3 processing fee. Please bring exact change. All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for any reason.
Late cancellation, no-show, and rebooking fees are not waived. These fees are collected via Square or invoiced through PayPal. Failure to submit payment will result in booking restrictions.
PATCH TESTING & SERVICE SAFETY
Patch testing is required for select services, including but not limited to brow tint, hybrid tint, brow lamination, lash lift, and lash tint services. Patch tests must be completed 24–48 hours prior to the scheduled service. Same-day patch tests are not permitted. Failure to complete a required patch test will result in appointment cancellation and deposit forfeiture. Patch test results are valid for up to 6 months unless there is a change in health, medications, or product formulas. The business reserves the right to refuse service if a reaction occurs or if safety is a concern.
EXTRA GUEST POLICY
For your comfort and relaxation, no guests are permitted. Only the client receiving the service may enter the treatment area.
PERIOD POLICY
Brazilian services may still be performed while on your period with a fresh tampon. If you choose to cancel, the standard cancellation policy applies.
BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT
To ensure the best results and a safe, professional experience, please review the following before your appointment:

Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to complete any required forms and allow your service to begin on time.

Arrive with the treatment area clean and free of makeup, mascara, lash glue, brow products, old lash extensions (strip or cluster), skincare, oils, lotions, or deodorant, where applicable.

Please arrive with clean, makeup-free eyes, with no mascara, eyeliner, lash glue, or skincare products around the eye area.

All previous lashes (strip or cluster) must be removed prior to your appointment. Removal services are not included unless booked separately.

Avoid applying oils, creams, serums, or lotions near the treatment area on the day of your service.

For best results, arrive with dry, product-free skin so lashes can bond properly.

Contact lenses may need to be removed during certain services. Please bring a case or wear glasses if needed.

Avoid booking waxing, brow, facial, tint, or body treatments if you have had a same-day facial, chemical peel, or exfoliating treatment, or if you are using skin-sensitizing or prescription medications (including retinoids, acne treatments, Retin-A, Accutane, or exfoliating agents).

For full body waxing services, hair must be at least 3 weeks grown from shaving or 4–6 weeks from your last wax.

Do not trim hair prior to waxing appointments, as longer hair yields better results.

Exfoliate the treatment area 1–2 days prior to your service unless otherwise instructed.

For facials, lip care services, and body treatments, discontinue active products (retinoids, exfoliants, acids) 3–5 days prior, unless advised otherwise.

For sauna blanket sessions, arrive well-hydrated and avoid heavy meals, alcohol, or caffeine prior to your appointment.

Wear loose, comfortable or relaxed clothing to help you feel at ease during your service and to avoid post-treatment irritation. Clothing above the waist may be removed if preferred, depending on your service.

PRIORITY APPOINTMENTS
Priority Appointments are available on a limited basis and must be requested directly via message prior to booking. These appointments are scheduled outside of regular business hours or on days that are normally unavailable. A $50 Priority Appointment fee applies and must be approved before booking. This fee is in addition to the service price and is nonrefundable.
