LOCATION
Location details will be sent 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Please ensure all contact information is entered accurately at the time of booking.
LATENESS
A 10-minute grace period is provided. A $15 late fee applies after 10 minutes. Appointments exceeding 20 minutes late may be canceled and the deposit forfeited. Please plan accordingly, especially if you are unfamiliar with the location.
RESCHEDULES & CANCELLATIONS
One reschedule per deposit is permitted with at least 24 hours’ notice. Additional reschedules require a new deposit. Same-day cancellations will result in deposit forfeiture and a $10 cancellation fee. Late cancellations and repeated reschedule requests are not guaranteed. Cancellation fees are charged for reserved appointment time. Fees are collected via Square or invoiced through PayPal and must be paid prior to rebooking.
NO-SHOWS
No-call, no-show appointments will forfeit the deposit. A rebooking fee of up to 50% of the service price may be required. Repeated no-shows may result in booking restrictions or a permanent booking ban. Outstanding no-show fees must be paid in full before any future appointments can be booked. Future appointments may require full payment upfront.
PAYMENTS
Deposits are required to secure all appointments and are nonrefundable. Cash is preferred. Card payments are accepted with a $3 processing fee. Please arrive with exact change if paying with cash. All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for any reason.
Late cancellation, no-show, and rebooking fees are not waived. These fees are collected via Square. Failure to submit payment will result in booking restrictions.
PATCH TESTING & SERVICE SAFETY
Patch testing is required for select services, including but not limited to brow tint, hybrid tint, brow lamination, lash lift, and lash tint services. Patch tests must be completed 24–48 hours prior to the scheduled service. Same-day patch tests are not permitted. Failure to complete a required patch test will result in appointment cancellation and deposit forfeiture. Patch test results are valid for up to 6 months unless there is a change in health, medications, or product formulas. The business reserves the right to refuse service if a reaction occurs or if safety is a concern.
EXTRA GUEST POLICY
For your comfort and relaxation, no guests are permitted. Only the client receiving the service may enter the treatment area.
PERIOD POLICY
Brazilian services may still be performed while on your period with a fresh tampon. If you choose to cancel, the standard cancellation policy applies.
BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT
To ensure the best results and a safe, professional experience, please review the following before your appointment:

GENERAL PREPARATION
• Please arrive 10–15 minutes early so your service can begin on time.
• Arrive with the treatment area clean and free of makeup, oils, lotions, deodorant, or product buildup, where applicable.
• Avoid applying creams, serums, or oils to the treatment area on the day of your appointment.
• Wear loose, comfortable clothing to prevent irritation and allow easy access to the treatment area.

LASH SERVICES (LASH LIFT, LASH CLUSTERS, ETC.)
• Please arrive with clean, makeup-free eyes (no mascara, eyeliner, lash glue, or skincare products around the eye area).
• All previous lashes (strip or cluster) must be removed prior to your appointment.
• For best results, lashes must be completely clean and dry.
• Contact lenses may need to be removed during your service. Please bring a case or wear glasses if needed.

WAXING SERVICES
• Hair must be at least 3 weeks grown from shaving or 4–6 weeks from your last wax.
• Do not trim hair prior to your appointment, as longer hair yields better results.
• Exfoliate the treatment area 1–2 days prior to your service unless otherwise instructed.
• Avoid booking if you have had a same-day facial, chemical peel, or exfoliating treatment, or if you are using skin-sensitizing or prescription medications (including retinoids, acne treatments, Retin-A, Accutane, or other exfoliating agents).

FACIALS, LIP CARE & SKIN TREATMENTS
• Discontinue active products (retinoids, exfoliants, acids) 3–5 days prior to your appointment unless advised otherwise.
• Avoid booking if you have had a same-day facial, chemical peel, or exfoliation treatment.
• Please arrive with clean skin for optimal results.

BODY SCULPTING & SAUNA SERVICES
• Please arrive well-hydrated, as hydration is essential for optimal results.
• Avoid alcohol, caffeine, and heavy meals prior to your appointment.
• Do not apply lotions, oils, or creams to the treatment area on the day of your service.
• Wear loose-fitting clothing for comfort after your session.

PRIORITY APPOINTMENTS
Priority Appointments are offered on a limited basis and must be requested directly by text at 478-219-7013 prior to booking. These appointments are reserved for clients needing services outside of regular business hours or on normally unavailable days. A nonrefundable $50 Priority Appointment fee is required once approved and is separate from the service total.
