Accurate contact info required. Lateness 10-minute grace period. $15 late fee after 10 minutes. 20+ minutes late = possible cancellation + deposit forfeited. Reschedules & Cancellations One reschedule per deposit with 24-hour notice. Additional reschedules require new deposit. Same-day cancellations: deposit forfeited + $10 fee. Late cancellations/repeat reschedules not guaranteed. Fees apply to reserved time and must be paid before rebooking. Fees collected via Square or PayPal. No-Shows Deposit forfeited. Rebooking fee up to 50% of service may apply. Repeated no-shows may result in restrictions or ban. All outstanding fees must be paid before booking again. Payments Nonrefundable deposits required. Cash preferred; cards accepted with $3 fee. Bring exact change. All sales final. No refunds. Late/no-show/rebooking fees are not waived. Unpaid fees result in booking restrictions. Patch Testing & Safety Required for select services (tint, lamination, lash lift/tint). Must be done 24–48 hours prior; no same-day tests. Failure = cancellation + deposit forfeited. Valid 6 months unless health/meds/formulas change. Service may be refused for reactions or safety concerns. Guests No guests permitted. Period Policy Brazilian services allowed with fresh tampon. Standard cancellation policy applies. Before Your Appointment Arrive 10–15 minutes early. Treatment area must be clean and product-free. Eyes makeup-free; all strip/cluster lashes removed prior (not included unless booked). Avoid oils/lotions on service day; arrive with dry skin. Bring glasses or contact lens case if needed. Avoid services after same-day facials, peels, exfoliation, or while using sensitizing/prescription meds. Waxing: hair 3 weeks from shaving or 4–6 weeks from last wax; do not trim. Exfoliate 1–2 days prior unless instructed. Stop active skincare 3–5 days before facial/body services. Sauna blanket: arrive hydrated; avoid heavy meals, alcohol, caffeine. Wear loose clothing. Customized skincare available; all ages welcome. Priority Appointments Limited, by request only. Outside normal hours. $50 nonrefundable fee in addition to service price; approval required.
